The Future of Finance Lab brings researchers in the quantum computing space, finance, and engineering professions along with firms that specializing in these products to issue academic work related to the coming post-quantum world. Included in this is research into crypto-graphic systems that operate in quantum world, and the security implications to our financial networks that come with post-quantum computing.

Professor KC Chang is a recognized expert in data fusion and Bayesian networks, serving as Director of the Sensor Fusion Lab and coordinator of the Financial Engineering Program at George Mason University, with research spanning defense, communications, and financial engineering applications.
Professor Ran Ji is an associate professor at George Mason University who teaches data analytics engineering, focusing on data and visual analytics concepts and hands-on experience with modern analytical tools.
Professor Foteini Baldimtsi is a cryptography and data security researcher at George Mason University, specializing in privacy-preserving systems, secure payments, and blockchain technologies, and is a recipient of multiple major research awards including an NSF CAREER Award.
